Venture Causeway is a new initiative created by Causeway Enterprise Agency in partnership with 10 Business Champions from Coleraine and supported by University of Ulster, Coleraine campus and Coleraine Borough Council.
The competition has been developed to:
- Inspire, encourage and support entrepreneurship in Coleraine
- To grow the local economy and create employment opportunities within the borough of Coleraine
- All applicants businesses must be located in the Borough of Coleraine
- If the business is not yet started, the applicant must set their business up within the Borough of Coleraine.
The competition is open to both existing and new businesses including those not yet started but who have a clear business idea and well thought out strategy.

The Current Entry window to the Venture Causeway Competition is now closed.
The Champions have offered investment and mentoring support to 21 businesses which is now in progress.
